My client a main dealer in Tunbridge Wells who provides excellent further career progression? My client, is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their existing team within their busy Service Department. Don't miss out on this one, interviews are available immediately. You will become the fourth member of the team.

Main Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met
• Greet customers in the service reception with a professional and friendly approach
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards
• Schedule bookings and provide accurate repair time estimates
• Use your motor trade knowledge to assist with customer inquiries
• Perform basic administrative duties

Requirements:

• Strong customer service focus with a professional, friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to team success
• Smart presentation and excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Full UK driver’s license is essential
