Our amazing client, a very busy 2 Rosette level kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Junior Sous Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will lead a team of 13 chef while reporting to an executive chef . This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
