- Organise and attend careers fairs, while managing graduate and A-level work experience programmes
- Coordinate onboarding, wellbeing, performance management, and leaver processes
- Deliver compliant and people-first support across HR policies, employee relations, and performance management

- Demonstrable HR experience in a professional services environment (legal or financial preferred)
- Proven experience of HR Partnerships
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum), working towards Level 7, or equivalent degree
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and the full employee lifecycle
- Personable, confident communicator with strong business partnering capabilities
- Excellent organisational, numerical, and project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems (OpenHR desirable)
