A prestigious Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer (2-4 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. The OpportunityYou will work with a broad client base, including developers, investors, landowners, housebuilders, and corporate occupiers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Property finance and secured lending
- Development projects and site assembly
- Real estate aspects of corporate transactions
You will enjoy a good degree of autonomy while being fully supported by an experienced team.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years' PQE with solid commercial property experience
- Strong technical skills and a commercial, client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
