An excitingLegal Assistantopportunity has arisen within the client services team at the stunning offices of our client,one of the UK'stoplawfirmswhere you will be responsible for supporting the provision of a high level of service to high profile clients within one of the major departments of the business. This is a fantastic chance to be at the heart of the business in a role which offers variety (with the chance to learn alot) and where every day is different, getting involved in major projects, reporting, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will get exposure to working closely and collaboratively with your team, and partners and fee earners internally as well as external stakeholders in your role.
As aLegal Assistantyour new role will involve:
- Supporting the management of key accounts
- Being a first pointof contact for queries relating to the management of clients
- Developing client reports, systems and procedures
- Ensuring client documentation is completed to the highest standard and to deadlines
- Supporting on major innovative projects
- Ensuring and maintaining the up-mostclient service
I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as aLegal Assistant; Legal Secretary; Legal Administrator, Administrative Assistant; Administrator; or Account Managerwho has apassion for empathetic client care and adaptability, along with the ability toprioritise your own workloadand ITskills (MS Office).
Salary for this position is 26,000.
