- Registered Nurse - Children’s (RN Child) or Paediatric Nursing qualification
- A genuine passion for palliative and holistic care
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach
- Experience in paediatrics, palliative care, or complex needs (preferred but not essential)
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
