An exciting opportunity awaits to join a leading company as a Mobile Service and Product Technician within their entry systems division. This role is perfect for someone with around 2 years of experience in a similar position, looking to advance their career and receive specialised product training. The role involves travel to customer sites throughout the UK and Europe.

Duties of the role include:

  • Service and installation on-site, ensuring parts are installed according to specifications.
  • Inspect installed cables to ensure proper fitting.
  • Work with the operations team to identify necessary job components and proactively address project issues.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain work schedules and forecasts to meet project deadlines.
  • Assist in training new team members on product installation.
  • Provide emergency response as requested by customers.

Key attributes/skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience of working within a similar role. 
  • At least 2 years of technical experience within security systems.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Customer focused attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe
  • Manual competence and awareness of manual handling.
  • Full driving license.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
