Clark James Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage Administrator/Completions Manager for a leading Financial Services business in Twickenham.
This full-time position requires candidates to have previous Financial Services experience, specifically in mortgage administration.
The role involves tasks such as chasing solicitors, case checking, maintaining records, and providing general office support.
The basic salary for this position is up to £35,000, along with performance-related bonuses and excellent benefits.
Candidates must have prior mortgage experience, as applications without this will not be considered.

Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Financial Services business.

Due to business expansion our client are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Administrator/Completions Manager to join the business.

Role

Based in our clients Twickenham office, this is a full time office based role working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm with an hour for lunch.
Chasing solicitors on cases from Mortgage offer to exchange and completion.
Mortgage administration.
General administrative duties and office support.
Pro-actively assisting customers.

Candidate

Previous Financial Services experience essential.
Case checking.
Maintaining records.
Liaison with lenders.
Professional.
Confident.
Excellent telephone manner.
No professional qualifications required however, CeMAP is an advantage.

Package

Basic salary to £35,000.
Performance related bonuses.
Excellent benefits.
