HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our clients busy finance department in Uckfield.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have a proactive attitude that allows you to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.* Managing a busy account inbox * Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.* Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests promptly.* Ensuring accurate record keeping * Accurately handling company expenses * Send monthly customer statements * Handle financial queries from clients and internal departments with professionalism.* Support the finance team with general administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
