Our client, an international business who are leaders within their field is seeking an Engineering Graduate to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is looking for an Engineering Graduate to join their team, where you will be required to provide specialist support in the growth area of digital and wireless solutions, providing a high level of technical support to clients and colleagues on a broad range of innovative products.
Due to the location of the office, candidates will need access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support for customers and colleagues, ensuring a high level of communication and customer service is maintained at all times
- Research and answer technical questions and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure you keep up to date with the latest technology advancements and products within the business
- Support the Technical Manager when required
- Ensure you are able to inform clients and colleagues with a high level of technical product knowledge
Key Experience:
- Engineering or Science-related degree is required
- Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail are maintained at all times
- Keen interest in the field with the aptitude to enhance your product knowledge consistently
