Private Client Solicitor (4PQE+) - UckfieldCompetitive Salary
We are currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Uckfield, who are seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a supportive and forward-thinking private client team with a strong reputation in the local area. The role offers high-quality work, career development, and the chance to work in a beautiful part of East Sussex.The Role:You will manage a broad caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and administration of estates
- Trusts and tax planning
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
You will also play a role in maintaining client relationships and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client law.
- STEP qualification is preferred, or currently working towards it.
- A confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
- Technically strong with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Ambitious and keen to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
