We are very pleased to be partnered with our successful, small and friendly (but expanding) client as they seek to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team at their offices close to Uckfield / Buxted. My client is highly thought of within their specialist sector and offers an excellent environment and team in which to work. This role is a full time position (Mon-Fri 0900-1730). Due to rural and beautiful workplace location, it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport.

Office Administrator

Full time permanent role

Mon-Fri 0900-1730 - fully office based

Role based close to Uckfield / Buxted

There is plenty of free parking on site available for all staff

Salary £25000-£27000 per year depending on experience levels plus good company benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills and experience gained within an office administration role, working as a key part of a friendly and small team.

The role - Office Administrator

Excellent opportunity to join a small and friendly company on a permanent basis, who are taking on high levels of additional business.

Duties will include

Checking and ensuring information is correctly entered on purchase orders

Adding all and additional employees to the management software.

Organise digital documentation within the management software

Creating contract folders

Ensuring all client and supplier documentation is up to date at all times.

Processing and paying invoices

Managing the email in-box and logging new enquiries

Deal with incoming phone calls and helping / transferring / taking messages as required.

Stock control of office supplies

Booking and scheduling courses for employees, equipment testing, company HGV/fleet maintenance etc

Managing ISO9001 and BS EN1090 documentation

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

Driver with own vehicle due to workplace location

Good level of office admin and computer skills

Enjoys working within a small but busy company

Good all round team player
