  • Providing expert advice and guidance on safety compliance, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
  • Supporting incident investigations and recommending preventative measures.
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and safety briefings across operations.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to embed safety into day-to-day activities.
  • Supporting the delivery of SHE training and awareness programmes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our safety performance.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a safety-focused role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or defence.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent); working toward a Diploma or higher is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
