Head Chef

Blue Arrow are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef. Working in beautiful surroundings for a Education Campus on the outskirts of Derbyshire/Staffordshire.

Pay Rate: £30,000 P/Y.

Full time, term time only (34 weeks) + 9 additional weeks to be worked in none term time. Hours vary and weekend work required.

Must have Enhanced DBS: Child Workforce (Can aid obtaining this)

* Proven experience in preparing a variety of foods and cuisines.
* Skilled in catering to allergies and dietary requirements.
* Capable of managing a busy service and catering for large groups.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledgeable in relevant Health and Safety procedures.
* Excellent communication skills for providing polite, courteous, and efficient customer service.
