Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Engagement Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service throughout their building programmes and projects.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as the primary contact for regional clients, fostering long-term relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Engage with clients and appointed companies to ensure alignment and understanding of needs for regional projects.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to maintain continuous communication and service consistency from project initiation to completion.
  • Gather client requirements and relay them to internal teams to enhance solutions and services.
  • Manage the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
  • Ensure all client activities are recorded and maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Support the delivery of projects in collaboration with Regional Business Coordinators, assessing client needs and monitoring project progress.
  • Support and uphold the organisation's social value objectives, facilitating the delivery and measurement of social value impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client engagement or relationship management, preferably within the social housing sector
  • Strong understanding of procurement, technical specifications, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of UK Public Procurement Regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
