We are looking for CNC operators to work for a Family run, British Engineering company who have been a market leader within their sector for nearly 80 years.

This is an exciting new career opportunity to work for a company where saving lives is their prime ethos.

Day shift position salary is £33K-£35K and the hours are 08.00-16.45 Monday to Thursday with a 12pm finish on a Friday

Shifts roles also pay £33K-£35K + 29% shift uplift which total around £42K-£45K.

Shifts are rotated between 7am starts and 10pm finishes

Main duties include;

  • To set and operate CNC machine to manufacture components to technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect components produced on the cell to the required quality procedures, including 1st offs, last offs, routines and critical dimensions.
  • Use of CMM and conventional measuring techniques will be required.
  • Set and operate multiple machines.
  • To carry out basic maintenance on machine and tools in accordance with TPM programme and machine manuals.
  • to accurately interpret component drawings and relevant information so that Part Numbers, Drawing Issues, Working Tolerances and

• Deburring of components to required standard is completed within machine cycle

• Required quality standards are achieved

• All relevant Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times

• Work is completed in accordance with required work schedules
