THE LOCATION: Near to Uxbridge (Must be a car driver to get to this location)The Role:

Breakdown Customer Support AssistantTemporary to permanent position with the ability to start immediately - ideally be able to start 7.30am

Role would require an experienced customer service assistant to work in a busy role, used to dealing with high call volumes, dealing with vehicle breakdown calls and coordinating maintenance / recovery for the vehicles

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable with some technical or mechanical knowledge or an experienced Customer Service Asst used to dealing with inbound calls, problem solving skills and good knowledge of Microsoft office

Duties will include :

  • Use Information systems to effectively capture and input accurate data, ensuring time-lines are met
  • Answer initial queries and escalate to relevant area of the organisation if required
  • Manage high call volumes inbound /outbound

* Good communicator - ability to build relationships and deal with incoming/outgoing calls

* Good knowledge of MS Office

* MUST be a car driver to be able to get to this location

* MUST be available immediately and commit to a temporary to permanent role
