Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider based in a commercial property in Uxbridge, working with a team of 5 Engineers on site. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer for a temp to perm contract.The successful candidates will be Electrically qualified with a proven track record working with building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a hourly rate of up to 25p/h.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- 7am - 7pm
- Temp to perm contract
- Day Shift 4 on 4 off
- 25p/h
- 44k
Requirements
- Electrically qualifiedCity & Guilds - Level 2&3
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance
- Good Leadership & Management skills
- Safe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience
- Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internal and externally
- Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
