Passionate Economics Teacher Wanted in Hillingdon! Analytical Secondary School Location: Hillingdon Role: Economics Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Economics lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially A-Level, encouraging analytical thinking and evaluation.
- Inspire students to develop strong analytical skills, enabling them to critically assess economic information and arguments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Economics curriculum with a focus on analytical approaches.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Economics.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages questioning, debate, and the development of strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Economics at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge of economic theories, models, and the ability to apply analytical frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire analytical thinking in students.
- A commitment to fostering a deep understanding of economic concepts and the development of strong analytical skills within a supportive setting.
