Supply Planner

We’re hiring a Supply Planner to join a leading international FMCG operations team, ensuring the availability of products across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a high-impact role where you’ll optimise inventory, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key part in delivering seamless product launches.

The Role

Reporting into the Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining robust supply plans, managing finished goods production schedules, and working closely with co-packers to ensure product launches and customer demand are met. This is a role where detail, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, issue, and track supply plans to ensure stock availability across EMEA
  • Confirm purchase orders with co-packers, ensuring accuracy of delivery dates, quantities, and BoMs
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks around stock-outs, delays, and obsolescence
  • Support new product launches through effective supply planning and OTIF delivery
  • Manage phase-in/phase-out of SKUs, minimising waste and inventory risk
  • Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters in SAP/APO
  • Run supply reviews with co-packers and evaluate performance against KPIs
  • Conduct root cause analysis on KPIs such as plan compliance, OOS, and inventory turns
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ supply planning experience within FMCG or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and a solid understanding of MRP principles
  • SAP experience (APO/IBP is desirable)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to challenges
