We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have had experience in machining, worked on NPI Projects and understand APQP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement APQP across the project
• Confident with DFMEA and PFMEA
• Leveraging expertise to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Lead FAIRS
• Gate keeper for manufacturing drawings and models used on shop floor
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulated Engineering environment
• Had experience with APQP
• Experience and knowledgeable in a machining environment
• Strong problem-solving skills using tools like 8D and 5-Why
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
