Pressure Test Technician Responsibilities:
  • Conducting high-pressure tests on hoses and mechanical assemblies (up to 10,000 PSI)
  • Performing destructive tests to assess product durability and gather improvement data
  • Setting up test rigs using engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Inspecting parts to stringent aerospace standards and issuing certificates
  • Accurately documenting test results and maintaining detailed quality records
  • Supporting process improvements and identifying areas for efficiency gains
Requirements:
  • Hands-on pressure testing experience (training provided for high-pressure testing if needed)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Comfortable with mechanical assembly, including riveting, bonding, and gluing
  • Skilled in using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
