Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATIOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for a passionate SeniorLettings Negotiator to join the Residential Sales and Lettings team at this highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Uxbridge area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Lettings and demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, a desire to learn and the right attitude to work.
The company will consider a range of experience levels, but as a minimum, you should be smart, well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.
The role will involve calling potential tenants and showing clients’ properties, so a driving licence and car are essential.

Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Previous experienced in Lettings
- Excellent selling ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Uxbridge area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
