Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of soft facilities services, ensuring excellence in housekeeping within university residences and the hotel.
- Ensure that we consistently meet and exceed established service standards.
- Monitor compliance with legislation, university policies, and industry best practises.
- Lead your team to achieve the UUK Code of practise, engaging them through positive leadership and support.
- Measure and monitor third-party service providers against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to your frontline service delivery staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that prioritises customer satisfaction.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a stellar service experience.
- Assist in developing and monitoring operational budgets to maximise efficiency.
