- Create and update purchase orders
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and best pricing
- Handle general product and pricing queries
- Maintain stock levels to meet customer demand efficiently
- Support senior management in prioritising and managing purchasing tasks
- Identify and onboard new suppliers
- Monitor and meet KPIs including timely stock purchasing, managing price increases, on-time deliveries, and supplier base optimisation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in purchasing or a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable managing high volumes of email and correspondence
