  • Create and update purchase orders
  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and best pricing
  • Handle general product and pricing queries
  • Maintain stock levels to meet customer demand efficiently
  • Support senior management in prioritising and managing purchasing tasks
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers
  • Monitor and meet KPIs including timely stock purchasing, managing price increases, on-time deliveries, and supplier base optimisation
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in purchasing or a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of email and correspondence
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
