Supply Chain Manager - Trial Supplies - Uxbridge
Atrium EMEA are looking for several Clinical Supply Chain Managers to support a Global Pharmaceutical client in Uxbridge, on a Trail Supplies programme. These roles are all PAYE for 6 months, 50% onsite work required. Previous Pharmaceutical experience required alongside global drug development process/regulations. Essential:• Pharma industry related experience.• Clinical Supplies/Development with global experience or equivalent experience.• Knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.• Proficient and strong analytical skills.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as Project management.• Forecasting and Planning as well as Manufacturing, Packaging & Labelling, IVRS, Logistics, Quality and/or Stability.• Understanding of import / export requirements.• Knowledge of IVRS and CTMS systems, helpful.• Applies and drives Forecasting and Planning activity as it relates to protocol.• Ability to build/drive internal team consensus.• Translates broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.• Conflict resolution (manages disagreements).• Negotiation (Manages Execution, Results Driven, Analysis of Issues, Effective Speaking, Builds Relationships).• Influencing (manages influencing others).• Coaching and mentoring (fosters teamwork).
