Continuous Improvement Manager | Verwood | up to £60,000

  • Designing and embedding CI plans to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies
  • Collaborating with site management to identify resource changes supporting CI
  • Leveraging MRP system data to enhance CI initiatives
  • Identifying training needs in problem-solving and CI tools
  • Producing monthly KPI statistics to track progress and impact

As Continuous Improvement Manager, your experience will include:

  • Proven leadership in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of Lean Tools and Techniques
  • Hands-on experience in value stream mapping
  • Strong project management and influencing skills
  • A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Background in a high-quality production engineering environment (Desirable)
