Job Title: Quality Inspector
Salary: 30,000 - 36,000 annum
Sector: Aerospace
Location: Verwood
Full Time: Monday - Friday
Quality Inspector Key Duties
Perform incoming inspections of machined components from sub-tier machining and subcontract treatment suppliers
Carry out batch inspections using a range of manual measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
Manage gauge control processes and ensure calibration of inspection and measuring equipment is maintained
Quality Inspector Experience:
Previous experience working within a quality-focused manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally in the precision engineering sector
Proven ability to follow established procedures and work accurately to specifications
Competent in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
Skilled in manual measurement and inspection of machined components
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Well-organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
