  • Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
