Key responsibilities.
- Site supervision.
- Budget controls.
- Monthly forecasting and invoicing targets
- Weekly reporting.
- Adherence to Company H&S, Environmental and Quality polices.
- Customer liaison.
- Programme planning.
Beneficial Skills / Qualities
- Extensive experience of managing small – medium value domestic repair contracts.
- Experience of the insurance repairs market
- Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Clean UK Driving Licence
