Description

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor you will be looking after your own customer base handling queries and ensuring a smooth sales order process.

You will be ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently whilst taking orders from customers processing these onto the system working closely with the warehouse and delivery third parties.

The role will be the main point of contact throughout the customers journey and will resolve any issues or complaints making sure these are dealt with to service level agreements.

Profile

Ideally some previous customer service or administration experience

Fluent in the dutch language

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Keen eye for detail and good organisation skills

Exceptional customer service skills
