Part time Customer Service

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The right candidate will have palletised goods experience and groupage / haulage.

Duties will Include:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Sell products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Be Flexible to cover colleagues holidays.

Skills Required:

Palletised goods experience and groupage/haulage.
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Ability to sell effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
