Key Responsibilities:

Providing admin support to conveyancing fee earners

Preparing legal documents and correspondence

Managing client communications and file updates

Assisting with searches, filing, and post-completion tasks
Requirements:

Previous administration experience (legal preferred but not essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management systems
