The Role As askilledAgricultural Service Engineer, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery such as tractors and combines to manufacturer standards.
- Keep detailed and accurate service records.
- Ensure all equipment is safe, reliable, and performing at its best.
- Demonstrate and install machinery as needed.
- Work closely with the service and workshop teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Travel to customer locations for on-site servicing and repairs.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Land-Based Engineering or an equivalent (HGV, plant, or construction experience considered).
- Have strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, ideally with experience in agricultural machinery.
- Be proactive and adaptable, capable of working under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Be open to continuous learning and willing to attend manufacturer training courses
