Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead our care/nursing home in Wallingford. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing care homes, with the ability to improve occupancy rates and achieve excellent CQC reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
