We are currently recruiting a Digital Content & Creative Officer based in our Head office in The London Borough of Sutton. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £27,008 per annum plus generous additional benefits.

About the role:Â
As the Digital Content & Creative Officer, you will provide support to Crimestoppers and Crimestoppers’ youth service Fearless, in creating impactful content and campaigns that empower people to speak up about crime. You will be responsible for filming, creating, and scheduling organic and paid social media content, and as the face of Fearless’ social media platforms, feature in the content yourself. You will play a key role in shaping and driving forward Fearless’ communications strategy to ensure Fearless’ social media platforms remain relevant, engaging and supportive of Crimestoppers overall aims.
Main Responsibilities of the Digital Content & Creative Officer role:
- Delivering accurate, relevant and quality-assured information content for the relevant target audience in a variety of formats
- Planning, recording and editing of video, social and audio content – also featuring in video content, predominantly for Fearless’ social media channels
- Supporting the Crimestoppers and Fearless teams to deliver national and regional campaign activities, through organic and paid advertising, across a range of platforms, from ideation and creation through to evaluation
- Report on campaigns, using insights to inform new and innovative campaign ideas by keeping up to date with developments across digital media and new platforms
- Providing advice and support to colleagues around use and expected outcomes of different social media platforms, keeping up to date with both youth trends and the latest developments across digital media and new platforms
- Using our Content Management System (CMS) to manage organisational contacts and marketing activities they are involved in
- Updating the (url removed) website (when required) and supporting with monitoring and reporting using Google Analytics 4 (training and support provided)
- Youth Panel engagement – attending online meetings, facilitating the sharing of information and ideas to co-create Fearless content and campaigns
What we're looking for in our Digital Content & Creative Officer:
- The ability to think creatively and to communicate creative ideas to others. (Essential)
- Experience in designing and creating engaging and innovative content (including featuring in videos/audio) and campaigns for social media platforms or websites. (Essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design / visuals, ideally with expertise in software applications like Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva etc. (Essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present self professionally to internal colleagues, stakeholders, and clients. (Essential)
- Highly organised self-starter; persuasive, tenacious and perceptive. (Essential)
- The ability to work effectively in a team and use initiative to manage and prioritise own workload. (Essential)
