Audit Junior - The Opportunity

A growing firm in the West Midlands is seeking an enthusiastic Audit Junior to join their team. This role is perfect for a part-qualified ACCA candidate with at least 12 months’ practice experience who wants to develop their career as an Audit Junior. As an Audit Junior, you will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of client audits and receive full support to complete your ACCA qualification.

Audit Junior - Key Responsibilities

As an Audit Junior, your responsibilities will include assisting with planning and delivering statutory audits, carrying out audit fieldwork such as substantive and control testing, preparing audit documentation, and supporting financial statement preparation under UK GAAP. You will liaise with clients directly to gather information and resolve queries, all while building your skills as an Audit Junior.

Audit Junior - What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this Audit Junior role will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in an accountancy practice, ideally with some audit exposure. You must be a part-qualified ACCA student, actively progressing through your studies. Familiarity with Sage, Xero, and Microsoft Excel is important.
