Description

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Coordinating with management and staff to meet financial objectives.
  • Assisting in the budgeting process and financial planning.
  • Implementing best practices in accounting and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the property industry.
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff within the accounting & finance department.

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE accountant
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory standards in the property industry.
  • Proficiency in key financial software packages.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
