Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Cladding Machine Operative to work on 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability after a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines safely and efficiently
- Set up and adjust machines to meet production specifications
- Monitor output and carry out quality inspections
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any faults
- Follow all health & safety guidelines
- Work as part of a production team to meet targets
- Proven experience working with 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines
- Experience in cladding, insulation, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and within a team
