Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a well-established residential care home in Walsall. The home specialises in providing high-quality care for residents living with Dementia, Mental Health conditions, and Physical Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care, with proven experience in a senior role within a residential or nursing home setting.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and support a team of care staff on shift

Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently provided

Assist in developing and implementing care plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies

Mentor and support junior staff and provide guidance where needed

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) - essential

Previous experience working in a Senior Carer or Team Leader role

Strong understanding of care standards and CQC regulations

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
