Electrical Engineer Job Overview
- Carry out electrical and lighting installations, both internally and externally
- Assist in electrical/electronic design for lighting systems
- Use CAD software for technical drawings (training provided)
- Use Photoshop for basic visual work (training provided)
- Operate a cherry picker for elevated installations (training/certification can be arranged if needed)
- Manage small to medium-sized projects from planning through completion
- Liaise directly with clients to understand project needs and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain clear documentation of work and communicate progress with internal teams
Electrical Engineer Job Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Electrical installation experience
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working at height and outdoors when needed
- Willingness to learn new software and skills (CAD, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience in project management or customer-facing roles is a plus
