GRG are thrilled to be exclusively recruiting for a brand new Recruitment Manager role for a growing organisation based in Walsall, West Midlands.

Reporting into the Head of People you will have autonomy for the Recruitment provision across the UK business.
The role is varied from managing the direct sourcing of talent, continuing the development of a positive candidate experience, training managers and line manager one employee.

As an experienced Recruitment Manager you will enjoy working in a broad role with opportunity to be part of business-wide HR projects. You will enjoy end to end recruitment as well as developing employer branding and ensuring the organisation is inclusive and diverse. You will be ensuring a positive 360 process and increase company brand awareness internally and externally via social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly line managing 1 team member
  • Managing the 360 recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and employees
  • Manage job advertising, applicant tracking, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and diversity outcomes
  • Adhering to CQC and Ofsted regulations

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager education, health care or childcare
  • Strong knowledge of best practice recruitment strategies, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics
  • Understanding of CQC and Ofsted regulations
  • Experience with VISA and Sponsorship compliance
