Are you an Office Administrator or similar looking to join a stable and growing company that can provide on the job training to get you up to speed with their internal processes with the opportunity to progress with the company as they grow?

In this role you will be managing administrative duties, including data entry, managing emails, and uploading contacts into company portals. You will be responsible for ensuring contracts are kept up to date, and accurately uploading all necessary documents into the system to support smooth office operations.

This role would suit an Office Administrator or similar who is looking to join a company that will support their growth and career development through hands on process and training alongside the chance to progress.

The Role

  • Managing and updating customer contracts and documentation
  • Uploading and organising project information and contracts on internal systems
  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records of orders and schedules
  • Monday - Friday, Office Based, 9am-5pm.
