We’re a specialist manufacturer supporting global industries, and we’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our site in Hertfordshire. You’ll be directly supporting manufacturing functions, working closely with the Engineering Manager and Supervisor to keep our plant running smoothly, while improving reliability and OEE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned maintenance as directed
  • Use the CMMS system for reactive and planned work orders, including updating and closing out jobs
  • Undertake repairs and maintenance of building services and fabric where required
  • Manage and deliver improvement projects across the plant
  • Work proactively with manufacturing teams to spot and solve potential problems before they cause downtime
  • Maintain quality, health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
