Are you a compassionate and experienced leader with a passion for supporting survivors of domestic abuse? We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and develop our client's vital outreach services for adults and children affected by domestic abuse.

Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee the daily operations of our outreach services, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards and in line with our client's mission.
- Manage a team of 5–7 outreach workers, supporting safeguarding practices, and ensuring high-quality service provision.
- Monitor project outcomes, manage budgets, and liaise with funders.
- Represent the service in multi-agency forums and raise awareness through training and advocacy.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development.
- Proven experience in managing services and teams, ideally within domestic abuse or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding frameworks and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary partners.
- Resilience, empathy, and a commitment to empowering survivors.
- A full driving licence and access to transport.
- Desirable: Knowledge of welfare rights, housing or family law; experience in the voluntary sector and preparing funding bids; familiarity with domestic abuse legislation and best practices.
