We are urgently seeking a Spanish/Portuguese speaking candidate for a fully remote Customer Service/Sales support role. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable handling phone queries and engaging in sales activities. Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Using Sales Force
- Chasing Leads/Sales
- Engage in lead generation and sales calls to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Analyse sales data to drive and improve the sales process.
- Must be fluent in Spanish & Portuguese.
- Must be reliable and diligent
- Proven experience in customer service and sales environments.
- Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Skilled in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
