Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:
- Lead a small, well-supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
- Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons aligned with EHCPs
- Foster a calm, inclusive classroom using a therapeutic, positive approach to behaviour
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary specialists to support each child's holistic development
- Help shape curriculum design and school culture with opportunities to lead and pilot new ideas

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
