Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience managing residential conveyancing matters, ideally with some exposure to plot sales.

Applicants can be qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers, but non-qualified Fee-Earners will also be considered with support for qualification.

In-House Conveyancer – Warlingham

This long established and highly regarded property development company in south London/Surrey is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its in-house legal team.

You will work alongside highly regarded Solicitors and Lawyers, with backgrounds in Legal 500 private practices, who are now benefiting from the atmosphere and support of working in-house.

You will have the following background:

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters for 12 months or more
Private practice or in-house
Ideally have exposure to some plot sales work but this is not a pre-requisite
Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX/FILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer would be a benefit
Non-qualified Fee-Earners will be highly considered too (and support offered for qualification)

Your workload will include:

Managing plot sales from instruction to completion
Liaising with the in-house sales and management teams
Speaking with clients directly
