A well established small firm is seeking a Secretary to be the welcoming face of the office and provide essential administrative support.
?? Key Responsibilities:- Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence, maintain filing systems (digital and paper), and manage office supplies.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, prepare meeting rooms, and take accurate minutes during internal and client meetings.
- Document Management: Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, letters, and financial documents.
- Client Liaison: Maintain client records and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
