You'll lead a portfolio (POD) of domestic and international clients, managing strategic relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving revenue growth through advisory services
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading client engagements, translating technical insight into strategic value, and collaborating across functions to make things happen.
The Role
- Act as the strategic lead for your client portfolio and ensuring operational delivery of all services on time and accurately.
- Partner with the Global Account Manager to ensure joined-up service delivery and excellent client experience at every touch point.
- Conduct annual strategic reviews and identify opportunities for renewal and upsell with the Global Director of Client Services
- Manage an Accounts Administrator and coordinate shared support resources both internally and via externally suppliers
- Oversee delivery partners for bookkeeping, tax, payroll, filings, etc.
- Be the bridge between delivery teams and clients
- Work cross-functionally with internal HR, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams
- Track and report on retention, satisfaction, and performance metrics
- Spot and propose upsell opportunities aligned with client needs
- Contribute to commercial planning with insights from your accounts
Experience Required
- Solid experience in outsourced professional services
- Proven record managing international or multi-entity client accounts
- Commercially aware with strong client relationship skills
- Understanding of accounting, compliance, and stakeholder reporting
- Experience leading junior staff and managing suppliers
- Knowledge of international expansion services (e.g. payroll, tax, incorporation)
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
