As a Category Analyst within our procurement function, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial integrity, compliance, and auditability of supplier pricing. You'll work closely with internal teams and leading suppliers to drive efficiency, deliver actionable insights, and support data-led decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing transactions and identifying pricing discrepancies
  • Supporting pricing reviews, benchmarking, and stakeholder reporting
  • Managing product catalogues and maintaining data accuracy
  • Structuring and analysing tender data
  • Presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the resolution of commercial issues with suppliers to benefit our customers and PfH
  • Ensuring timely, accurate delivery of outputs and reports

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience as a Category Analyst or similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Office 365, and Microsoft CRM
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • A methodical, detail-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
